  1. Nose<\/i>\u00a0\u2013 Rich, creamy, with notes of stewed apples, icing sugar, oranges, pears and candied fruits. As it warms up, more spicy notes appear, with cinnamon, vanilla and burnt sugar, reminiscent of a creme brulee.<\/li>\n
  2. Palate<\/i>\u00a0\u2013 Fruit gums, wine gums, lemon sherbet; a whole sweet shop of flavours. It becomes drier, with raisins and sultanas, followed by a hot peppery mid palate, and a nutty finish with hints of leather.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
